　　赫克托是一名潜水教练,一个偶然的机会,他在一个偏远的希腊小镇上发现了极具潜水天赋的年轻姑娘德奈.他说服德奈到自己工作的研究所接受潜水训练,准备冲击当时的自由潜水世界纪录.在和美国著名潜水选手麦琪的比赛中,德奈由于比赛经验不足,在现场昏厥,被送进医院治疗.赫克托对德奈产生了感情,他不想让德奈再冒生命危险,劝她放弃冲击世界纪录,为此他和上司瓦尔迪斯发生了冲突,一怒之下辞职而去.在瓦尔迪斯的努力下,德奈通过了资格委员会的审查,正式向世界纪录发起了冲击.最终,德奈成功地打破了世界纪录,但是她却付出了生命的代价,给赫克托留下的是无尽的思念.

The film skillfully builds tension through the occult element of spirit summoning, while also revealing the slow unraveling of friendships and long-buried secrets, maintaining strong dramatic momentum throughout. Standing apart from typical teen horror, the film boasts high genre polish and gripping performances from actors like Kim Yerim and Lee Chanhyeong. With its immersive terror that makes viewers feel as if they're part of the ritual — and a finale that defies all expectations — it leaves a lasting impression.

　　小白（叶佳茵饰）是一个富家女孩，与父亲有着很深的误会。父亲去世后，管家告诉小白，她需要替父亲去西藏还一幅唐卡，遗产才会生效。处理完后事后，小白立即赶往西藏寻找唐卡主人的下落。路上，她碰到了孤儿郭进京（许璟琨饰）、白胡子疯老头（赵迎利饰）、外卖小伙毛蟹（杨默饰）。一天夜里几人来到草原牧民家休息，毛蟹潜入小白帐篷偷唐卡，与此同时唐卡贩子强子等人盯上唐卡并设计抢唐卡……小白、老头、郭进京三个不同命运的人开启了和强子等人夺宝之路。最终小白三人夺回唐卡、也找到了唐卡主人桑杰。一路的崎岖经历后，小白理解了父亲当年的选择。小白、老头、郭进京三人三人怀着对生活的期望、不屑、抱怨来到了西藏，最后在这个神圣的地方都放下了内心的芥蒂，开启了新的人生。
